Hi all,

Mac newbie here who just received his BEAUTIFUL refurb 2.8 iMac yesterday. The machine is flawless with the exception of one of the pixels - it's frozen green. I had the expectation that there would be something a bit off in my machine - it's a refurb after all... but have others experienced this particular issue with their refurbs? Is this something Apple would address under their warranty? I'm not a graphic designer and can learn to live with the blaring green dot on my screen. Overall I'm still happy that I saved so much $$$.

Thanks,

RDD

One stuck pixel would be considered well within normal manufacturing tolerances for a brand new machine, let alone a refurb. I'd say you'll have to learn to live with it.
