Panning to get a refurbished iPad 2 for my wife that she leaves mine alone (kind of selfish but truth lol) anyways would she be able to tell that is refurbished or would it look like the normal ipad ? She had bad luck in the past with refurbished electronics but have never own an apple product besides iPod touch and classics. So just wondering if no I am have to get her a new one instead

Are like new. And a great way of saving money too. You should have no problems at all, and you can be sure that Apple have checked out the iPad and that it will be up to their (very high) standards.

The refurbished products carry the same 1 year warranty on them that the new products have. So, if you do have any problems with it, you are covered. I've purchased refurbished apple products in the past and have been happy.
