Refurbished iPad prices

If the new iPad/s are set to be announced on the 21st of October, is it possible to estimate how soon after the refurbished store will reduce their price on old models?

Also, how much are they likey to be reduced by?

I am not sure whether to purchase a refurbed rmini now or wait 6 weeks in hopes they drop the price of the same model...

not entirely sure but wait till bestbuy has another sale I picked up a mini retina for $324.99 new
