Refurbished Iphone Ebay Need info...

I want to purchase an unlocked/jailbroken Iphone on ebay. I have 3 Iphones on my ATT plan right now... My youngest now wants one but, I am not adding another data plan to my account. I want to purchase an unlocked/jailbroken Iphone on ebay but... Will the Itunes App store still work? Along with being able to use the Ipod?
I am sure this has all ready been covered on here but... there is so many posts to sift through...

yes. all you need is wifi for the app store to work. and of course an itunes account. ipod will also work if it's activated through the jailbroken way.

I had a 4GB 2G.. My first IPhone.. I was one of the idiots that waited in line at the release. I unlocked it with ZiPhone.. All the features worked and it was easy to do.
I just wasn't sure about the new unlocking that was available...

you should try selling one. There are just as many scam artists out there when you list one for sale. Selling an iPhone is just as difficult if not more than selling a laptop.
