all refurb ipod 16 gb are out of stock =(
when would they re-stock them by?
i know this is probably a stupid question.. but i want one for christmas and now its too late!
If it's a 16gb ipod touch 1st gen, they probably won't ever restock those lol

why not? they have to do something with them..
i doesnt say.. just says previous.
i dont really care which one, its like $10 to get the 2.2 software so itll be pretty up to date, minus the side volume bar or whatever the difference is.

Your best bet is to call Apple and ask. Any answers you get here will be pure speculation. Heck even Apple might not be able to tell you exactly when they'll be back in stock, I guess they just add more as they get them.
