iPod touch Refurbished iPod Touches better to buy right now?

If I'm honestly going to spend $200 on an a *NEW* iPod Touch I would buy a refurbished one.

There is nothing *new* about the new 8GB one.
$149 or $199?

I would buy the refurb and also have $50 bucks leftover to spend on music, videos or apps.
