Refurbished iPods

Has anyone bought one of these? I fancy saving the $100 but don't want one if its going to be all scratched and look second-hand. I guess it should be reliable as it's been checked again and has the 1yr guarantee. Are these really nearly as good as new?

I did. One scratch on the back chrome. One of the best doam things I have ever purchased...

How do you get 30% off? I can't find anyting on their website 'bout discounted iPods.
