Refurbished Mac Store UK

The last few days i have been checking the refurbished store for macbooks, but i have found nothing. I have been checking at about 10am every day.

Do they update the items in the store every day? If so, do you know what time?

Perhaps they are selling all the macbooks before i get there?

The UK store only show refurb MacBook Pro's at the moment but my Father-in-law bought a 2 Ghz Mac Book last week. Just keep checking.

i guess i have just been unlucky, i will keep looking.

Although maybe i will wait until leopard/ilife07 comes out and get a new one with my student discount?

Book a cheap 1p flight and get one at Dixon's Tax Free. I dropped in to Dublin for the day and picked up a new Blackbook for £807, that's £143 off the apple store price!

If you are a student, why not get educational discount of a new MB at the Apple store. You will probably save nearly as much money as you would by getting a refurb ...

I called apple on august 8th and they said if I ordered a new MacBook it would come with ilfe'08. So i did and its shipping as I type. Ordered the new wired keyboard which caused the delay.

Yep got mine friday, came with ilife 08 even though the website says 06. I was happy even though I don't really use it all that much.
