The 14 " macbook pros receive much praise and yet they are by far the most available refurbished macbook pros available in the refurb store.Why would there be so much praise but so many returns ?

I'd think maybe % returns are similar, but the 14" sells way more in the first place.

People return their recently-purchased laptops for all kinds of reasons thanks to Apple's no-questions-asked return window. I suspect the 14" MBP is a very popular model so, as someone pointed out earlier, it also gets more returns.
