refurbished mbp compatible with APP?

are refurbished macbook pro compatible with the apple protection plan? because i bought it with my notebook and it isnt allowing me to register it on the website for it.

thats the response i get when i try to register it but the information i have entered is correct. any one can help me on this?

IIRC, if you bought the MacBook Pro from Apple it is eligible for APP. Simply give them a call and they will help you out.

Yes it is, I have a refurbished macbook pro and am about to upgrade to the 3 year protection plan, right now i have the 1 year that comes with it but i just need to save up a bit before upgrading
