Does Apple sell refurbished products in Apple stores, or only online?

Sometimes there are offers in-store, but that is rarely. They mostly sell them online.

99% of the time they are online only. On rare occasions, you can get something returned or refurbished in an Apple Store.

You might be able to ask a retail store manager to call you when an open box return is made, might save them some hassle selling it to you...
