Refurbished store time

Hello, My macbook is on its last legs- if not less than that- and I am planning on purchasing the macbook air. While the 1799 is a bit much I am hoping the 16% discounted refurbished model is available soon (which would make it into my price range) I was wondering how long it usually takes a new model to make it into the refurbished store?

Well, it is a brand new computer, and the ipod touch, also a new device, still cannot be found refurbished yet. I don't want to be the bearer of bad news, but it doesn't look like it'll show up refurbished for a while. If you're a college student, or teach k-12 or college, you can get the edu discount. Otherwise, mac mall always has good discounts!
