With quite a lot of people complaining about the defects of their Macbooks/Macbook Pro's. I was wondering can you get any defects fixed on a refurbished Macbook Pro? Such as: Screen flickering issue on mbp unibody, MacBook Pro Battery is performing badly!, backlit leaking light, Tap to click stops working.... and what if it comes scratched or dented would any of these problems be fixed?

Thanks!

+1, Also, a refurb is more likely to arrive perfect.

That is kind of depressing to think that, but until they get all the bugs worked out, that is probably as true statement as you can get.

Do they even have refurbed late 08' ones yet?

Refurb macbook unibodys were there last night for a brief moment but they sold out already.

I'd expect the pro's to be on there anytime now.

A couple hours ago I checked and the unibody MB and MBPs are gone. The MBs were 200 off and the MBPs were 300 off.
