So if i get a refurbished iPad... would it be just like new?
would there be problems with it?
if so could i bring it to the apple store?

I bought an MBA two years ago. As far as I could tell, it was like new but for the fact that I paid less.

so there would be no scratches on it or anything?

if something were to go wrong... apple would help me even without applecare?

While I didn't have a new MBA before, I noticed no scratches. You'd swear it was new. It would be treated the same way as any other product under warrantee

I ordered a refurb iPad this week. I was surprised to learn that its being shipped from China. If the refurb was a store return, I would assume they would refurbish it at a depot in the US. Leading me to believe this could be new from the factory.
