Refusing to allow me to sign into iCloud

I go into the system preferences menu, sign in and it will log me in for 3 seconds before reverting back to the "Enter your password to continue using iCloud" message.

This is progress from yesterday when it wouldn't even sign me in for the 3 seconds.

Any remedy?

I have seen this countless times when viewing settings in setting panel.
My workaround is not bother trying to modify anything in here. As long as related apps works, then I don't want to dig into it.
