Regain some hard drive space from Bootcamp?

I have Windows 7 installed on the Bootcamp partition. I have about 40gb of hard drive space allocated for that but I don't need that much space since I rarely use it and its only for 1-2 applications.

Can I regain some of that space back to OSX without any lengthy processes or formatting any of it?

Comments or ideas?
