Saw people posting their wallpapers in a thread some time ago. Just want to know why some people do not like to use the battery percentage function.... Any particular reasons? Only one I can think of is to not see the battery drain in numerical as u use the device...

Minimalist, or the reason you described would be my guess.

Believe it or not there are people with iPhones that don't want to watch the battery drop one percent at a time. They don't live in tech forums, don't care about jailbreaking, hacking, free ram, widgets, workarounds, how many open apps, etc.

They just want it to work!!

also, a lot of people do not know how to get it to show...it's not really in an intuitive place.

I hack my android phones all the time and I hate having battery Percentage on. I don't like watching it drop each percent.
