Regarding iOS 4.0 for iPhone 1st Generation

I'm thinking to install the iOS 4 on my iPhone which is already unlocked and jailbroken. Since iOS 4 have inbuilt installed features like hacktivation, Cydia, jailbreak etc. will Cydia get affected because installing Cydia on top of itself can cause issues.
