Region question

I used Ripit to do DVD copy... However I'm sure the disc is region free. but when I launch Handbrake and open title "1" being the movie, then check Activity Widows it says:


"libdvdnav: DVD disk reports itself with Region mask 0x00fe0000. Regions: 1"

Is this backup a Region 1 disc or not ?
