Registered Developer - Keep getting "Device ineligible" error for GM restore.

I've tried Updating iTunes, verified that I have the correct ipsw for my phone, and also have tried DFU mode... no dice... I keep getting the "Device isnt eligible for the requested build."

Suggestions?

Even though you said you verified you have the correct one, you'll be surprised at how many people still download the wrong one anyway.

What phone do you have?

Possible "hosts" file issue?

change host files to apple if different and use iTunes beta version

Yup - it was the hosts file... commented out the existing apple host site and now its installing..
