at the San Francisco Stockton Ave Apple Store today at 1:00pm, (more for the War Department, since she wanted to know more about the 3G iPhone) and there were about 20 people. It was nice to see so many new 3G iPhone owners, but they were struggling with setting up their contacts, language/keyboard, maps, changing their icons, and setting up their email accounts. Pretty basic for many of us MR iPhone owners, but it seemed everyone got something out of it. I learned that two iPhones side-by-side will sometimes have one operating on Apple's WiFi and the other operating on the EDGE network/3G, b/c there were so many people using the Apple Store WiFi that some iPhones continue to search for a signal, while others are able to operate on the WiFi no problem. I'm also having the War Department take a look at some of the tutorials...:cool:
