i have just bought an iphone 4...
when i plug it into my computer it does not appear on my itunes? im quiet sure current itunes softwear is needed? also my itunes im using for some reason its called "previous itunes library" - could this be affecting it somehow :
(when i plug in an ipod it works fine) i have tried to download itunes 10.1 several times and i get to the last few stages of installation and it comes up with this-
i try selecting both options in that use source menu down the bottom but neither work...
i have tried dragging a normal itunes version thats on my computer from my start menu onto the desktop but when i click it it says :
"this action is only valid for products that are currently installed" ????????
any help would be greatly appreciated! i just wanna use my new phone!
