Registering the 4S?

So far I keep ignoring the reminder to register my iPhoto when I open iTunes. Is there any reason I should register it? I want to tell it to not remind me again,

It will remind you three times. After that it'll present you a button that says "Never Register". When you click that button, it won't ask you again.

Not really.

If you already own Apple products, you're already in their system. This just lets them know that you now have the 4S. But if you got the 4S from Apple, they already know that and there's no point in the registration. It's something that just comes up every restore/brand new phone, empty phone, sim card change, etc..

Funny, I never got that. I did with my iPad, but not my 4S, however, it does show in my Apple account, so not really worried about it.
