Hi,

I just received my MBA ten days ago so I am an all new OS X user.

I work on MS Word 2011, and I have a question about sorting files into folders. On Windows, I used to regroup my Word's files of a folder using "categories" option, which appears like this (as you can see, I'm French - by the way please excuse my english) :

I wonder if it was possible - by any means - to set the Finder to be able to group files by categories of Word (via OS X's contextual menu is "Rangement" in French, so maybe it's storage, classification or arrangement in english). For now, I can only group by name, type, date of x, and label size (I unfortunately need much more categories than the 7 proposed labels) : is there any scripts or something to get more option here, like keywords, authors, categories... ?

For example, I want to change "Les 30 jours précédents" (picture below) by Word's categories.

I hope you understood what I'm asking for ! thanks for your help :)

PS : Is it possible to automatically align the files in the Finder? rather than having to do so as soon as I move one?
