Regular system crashes on Yosemite

Hey all!

So, I've been experiencing an issue on my Retina MacBook Pro running the latest Yosemite public beta. I've experienced at least 5 system crashes since running Yosemite which freezes the entire system and I have to hold down the power button to recover from them. I've reported this in the Feedback Assistant twice but I wanted to assess whether others had experienced this?

I can't see that it's got anything to do with my machine seeing as I never experienced this in Mavericks.

I'll also note that it mostly seems to happen when I'm doing something in Safari.

What I do if I have another machine handy, ssh to the suspect Mac and see what's the top process, literally run 'top'. It may be just one process that's run away and nothing else can get an interrupt.

Of course you'll have to set up remote login in advance from System Preferences / Sharing.
