Reinstall OSX and 9.2 on my 15" PB

I just done a format of my messy drive on my 15" powerbook which was running os9.2 and X. I want to reinstall both these OS. But how? If i use the bundled cd's (software restore) it does not let me choose a drive to install it on. And it seems taht it will only install 9.2 by default, without the option of insatlling osx.
Please help.
