Reinstalled and lost iPhoto

I had to use my install disc that came with my computer and reinstall Maverick. After I did this, I lost iPhoto. Is there anyway to get it back? I liked iPhoto. I find the application but it has a gray no sign on it.

I see it on my purchased apps but it does not let me interact with it.

Delete the existing copy of iPhoto in your computer, and then reopen the App Store app, and you'll then be able to download iPhoto again from the Purchases section.
