reinstalled Itunes on new PC and it wont detect my Apple TV's

Hi all,
looking for some help,
Vista PC crashed so had to wipe it and installed Windows 7 - I managed to take all of the important files from the HD and so when i set up Itunes my libraries are all still intact as they were.

the only problem i have now is that neither of my Apple TV's are showing up in Itunes. Im guessing there is a settings or preferences file somewhere that tells Itunes its linked to 2 Apple TV's but i dont know where this file is.

Does anyone know how to tell Itunes it has links to my Apple TV's to avoid me having to start from scratch synching all my data to the Apply TV's again?

I don't know of a way. Every time my iTunes' brain gets scrampled, AppleTV offers another 4-digit code that forces iTunes to have to re-sync the entire library again. Very frustrating I must say.
