Hello, im new at osx.. I did a lot of mistakes in installing some app for my development environment.. Do i need a mountain lion cd or a usb contain lion to reinstall my os?

if it just a mistake of installing apps, then why you don't try to uninstall the apps ?

CD and USB? simply choose one of it, both of them are possible to used for reInstalling your OS X Mountain Lion,
 
You can also boot your Mac holding R key and restore it from apple.
 
environment variables was kinda not good looking.. i mean, do i need a cd to reinstall my osx coz i dont have any..

well, bringing a 27inch to apple was too hard for me

I think you are confused. You don't need to bring your computer to Apple at all. When you hold R while booting, it brings up the recovery system. From there, you can download a fresh copy of ML to install. You don't have to physically go anywhere.
