Hi there,
I have a MBP 13" from 2009. I have a Time Capsule running regular backups.
Is it worth reinstalling OS X like I used to with Windows to see a performance boost as my machine has been running as it it for pretty much 2 years.
If I reinstalled from a Time Machine backup would it just install an exact copy of what I have now or will it start a fresh with a new install of OS X then add all my apps/music/photos etc from the time machine?
Sorry for the noob questions - maybe I should just leave it as it's working well but I added a new user account recently and that just seems much smoother.
Thanks
