I am planning on installing Windows 7 on a partition on my MacBook Pro. Does anyone know if I can use the same disk to reinstall should I need to remove the partition? Would there be a license issue (as in would my computer be recognized as the same during the reinstallation) that would force me to have to repurchase the W7 software?

There will be no issue. All versions of windows since XP can be activated many times without issue.

Just to be clear OEM versions will complain if they are moved to different hardware and force you to call MS, but they will ultimately activate. Retail versions will generally activate online just fine even on different hardware.
