My app was rejected because I share high scores. The notice said I need to have a reasonably conspicuous notice that says if you click that button, user info will be shared. So, I put in a pop up when you get to the page with that button that says:
"Click 'Worldwide Scores' to see other scores and share yours"

So, I resubmitted with the change, and I got exactly the same form letter. Two questions, does this not sound sufficient?

Second question is, do I need to bump my version number when I resubmit after rejection? Is there a chance they're looking at the old version?

Hey,

Thats a bummer you're app got rejected, but maybe you should have a full privacy notice that users must agree to (Maybe a pop-up on first opening the App and a link in the Settings menu?).

Also, as for version numbers, say it was version 1.1 when it was rejected, it should (I think) stay at 1.1, as the previous version of 1.1 was rejected and never entered the App Store, if you get what I mean.

Hopefully this helps...
