Relay Mail on 10.5 non-server

I have a computer on our network that can only send mail to port 25. My ISP will only receive mail on a different port and I cannot change the port on the mail application on the other computer. A solution is to relay this mail. How do I need receive internal mail from this computer and then relay that mail to an external mail server on a different port. I have tried cutedge mail server for leopard without success.

Is there a way to perform an smtp relay mail service on OSX 10.5?
