Would a new MBP with the Arrandale chips be more reliable than the current MBP line-up? Won't the current MBP be a better computer once the Arrandale MBP comes out? I am talking in terms of the many flaws that plague MBPs when they are first released are now practically fixed on the current models.

Which would be more reliable and more worth the money?

they are NOT EVEN OUT yet. How would anyone know. That is like saying will the 2014 Accord be more reliable than the 2010 model. Probably will be, but time will tell. Even 3 months isn't long enough to get long term reliability reports..

There are always some issues when new products have been released but it's normal for all consumer electronics. iMacs are good example of that, they got a huge overhaul and now Apple is struggling with problems and thousands of returns though I doubt MBPs will have as much issues as iMacs are having.
