Apple is planning to introduce a "Christmas surprise" next month, according to reliable leaker L0vetodream.

In a usual enigmatic tweet, L0vetodream says that Apple's "surprise" will be "good for winter." It remains to be seen at the current time as to what the tweet may be referring to.

Last December, Apple announced a holiday promotion that allowed Apple Card customers to get up to 6% Daily Cash back on most Apple products purchased through the end of the year.

With a slew of product announcements from Apple over the past few months, two heavily-rumored products still have yet to be be released: AirPods Studio and AirTags. Code found in the recent iOS 14.3 beta suggests Apple is rolling out the groundwork to add support for third-party item trackers to the Find My app, as well as additional support for AirTags. There's also an icon in the beta that may hint at the design of the AirPods Studio.

Neither ‌AirPods Studio‌ nor ‌AirTags‌ are expected to be released before the end of the year, and it’s likely that the two products will be unveiled at some point in early 2021. Either of the accessories launching before the end of the year would certainly qualify as a surprise.

It has to be airtags. Several reliable Leakers have already said that AirPods studio are facing tons of production difficulties, and airtags have been ready to go for months. Also, airtags are small enough that a website refresh will do.
on top of this, he said that these would be “ good for winter.”
this could be airtags for several reasons.
#1: good stocking stuffers.
#2: more indoor activities, so easier to lose things.

How cool if Apple was sending at least 1 airtag to every single iPhone owner in their systems as if say, 11/1/2020. (Keychain version or otherwise)
For some reason what you just said triggered an idea about AirTags... What if Apple were to make AirTags with a finger print reader so you could unlock your equipment without Face ID? I cannot imagine it would be that hard to do - two way, use it to find stuff or use it to unlock stuff... Like I said, for some reason that just popped into my head - and it seems like something Apple would do.

At this point, I am tired of all the cryptic messages. If said leaker knows, he should say. Otherwise, shut up.
To be fair, if he works for Apple, he can’t really say.
in my opinion, it’s kind of cool to know that we have one more Apple website refresh and product to look forward to before a couple months of silence that usually follow in January and February.
