Reliable MacBook Pro laptop cooler for the lap?

Any of you use a laptop cooler?

There are many listed on Amazon. The ones specifically made for the lap (such as the Belkin models) get crappy reviews.

I am looking for a reliable laptop cooler for my 15" 2018 MacBook Pro that can actually be used on the lap.

It should also be a product, from your personal experience, that works very well. Reading the reviews on Amazon can drive one crazy as they are not consistently good or bad.
