I bought this one for $2.49 shipped from Deal Extreme:

It's nearly identical to my authentic Apple one. The only real difference is it fits a bit tighter (which is actually a good thing) and the buttons are slightly more raised than on the authentic Apple one.

That is the best price I've seen so far. I don't think anyone in China can beat $2.49 shipping included. The stores here normally charge $5 just for the shipping. Has anyone else found that Deal Extreme prices are better than China?
