Reloading a Widget - Live Scores

Someone please refresh my memory on how to "jump start" one of my widgets. The one that's supposed to show scores of games has stopped working. It's called "Live Scores" and I don't even remember where I got it from. If I delete it, I'm not sure how to get it back. I just can't remember how I got it set up in the first place.

EDIT: I later thought of looking for a plist for it, but haven't had a chance to look yet.

I found where to download it:

I did that, chose to replace the existing one, but it still doesn't work!
