Relocated Documents, Music etc

hi :)

I am planning on buying an SSD to replace my current primary HD and then will be moving my current 1TB HD to the optical bay. My question is how would i go about relocating the Document, Music, Pictures etc. folders to the secondary HD rather than the primary SSD?

I want to do this the proper way so that when I click any of those folders from the "Home" folder, that I will be taken to the secondary, larger HD and not the primary SSD where the OS will be installed.
