Relocating exit button

Is there a way to relocate the “X” button from the right to the left hand side?
I use my left hand to do most of my reading/streaming and now I have been using the shrunken keyboard aligned to the left.
Occasionally I have to use my right hand to close the pop-ups because the close button appears on the right. (I have a 11 Pro Max and can’t reach over most times beacuse phone slips out of hand.

Any suggestions or is it how change it or is that permanent?

Settings > Accessibility > Touch > Reachability.

But you have a Max phone - it's designed for two-handed use.
