Remapping Eject key on bluetooth keyboard

I would like to remap the eject key on my bluetooth keyboard that I am using with my 27" iMac while in Windows 7 - it would be a great replacement for Fn+delete (i.e. an actual DEL key). So annyoing to have to use both hands on the keyboard to delete a file or some text etc. Whose idea was it anyway to label that key "delete" when it functions like backspace??!?
