Remapping keys

I have a windows-keyboard hooked up to my macbook pro atm, is there any way to remap the "windows" key to apples command key?

If there is, how do I do it?

I think you can do this in... System Preferences>Keyboard and Mouse>Keyboard>Modifier Keys…
