Remapping Launchpad key on new Apple Keyboard?

I just got a new Apple Keyboard with Numeric Keypad where it is in the Lion keyboard format. I use a pre-Lion MBP and am able to bring up Dashboard by pressing the F4 button. When I do this on the Keyboard nothing happens unless I reassign it to LaunchPad.

How do I reassign the LaunchPad button for Dashboard?

Just a thought..if I were to buy the Apple Keyboard pre-Lion would this button work?

It's such an inconvenience to have a useless F4 button! It won't even launch Launchpad! Does anyone know how I can regain that at least?
