iPad reMarkable / Boox / SuperNote like pencil notes on ipad?

I'm considering getting an eInk based tablet, but I'm worried whether I'll be able to adapt my workflow to it. I'm using Obsidian on MacOS at the moment.

Which app for ipad that is most similar to any of the linking, note taking system on these eink based tablets?
I would like to test it out with the Apple Pencil.
