At the end of the day, when Phil Schiller use the word 'courageous' when the headphone jack was removed. I know many like to make fun of him for using that word and that's now the one of the most used Words on MacRumors, but it really was a courageous move to do that and Apple knew the backlash that would follow after that announcement. But this is a company that's not afraid to make a sacrifice that they feel will be for the better, it's just not everybody agrees with Their decisions.
