Be aware of your background.

I hope to dilligently follow my own advice when I start using it lol :D

Cos we're not used to being seen while on the phone. We chat away sitting on the couch with our prescription bottles/subscriptions to Twilight Fan Magazine/book on managing herpes all around us, cos it doesn't matter. So before you hit that Facetime switch, just glance around first ;)

Unless you're operating a brothel, I don't get why you'd ever need to do this.

the first thing I mentioned is a perfect example - the other two were more tongue in cheek, but I see humor is lost on you. There's nothing illegal about being on Prozac (or any other med), and nothing wrong with it, but that doesn't mean you want the ppl you're talking to to know about it. Hence, checking around you, making sure the bottle (or anything else), isn't within sight of the camera phone. I don't think it's that hard to comprehend, and you certainly don't need to be running a brothel in order to want to preserve your privacy.

A picture with a girl in a bathroom trying to be sexy with a giant turd floating in the toilet behind her comes to mind...

Or a naked woman on a dancing pole when your wife calls, and you're try to convince her you are working late.

Considering you have to stand there and hold the phone in front of your face, I think you'd realize if you were doing something stupid.
