Reminder: Shipping Date is not the same as Delivery Date

We are experiencing a repeat of last year's iphone release. Stock is depleted in mere minutes. Shipping Date is the date the phone will get shipped from China. Then add 1-2 weeks for delivery at your door. i.e. 7-10 days shipping date, and estimated delivery date oct. 1-6.

The iPhone will be overnighted on 18th to arrive on the 19th. It doesn't say "dispatches", it says "delivers". Stop scaremongering.

I just want to make sure.... ive been reading alot of posts and im getting the idea that people think shipment date is delivery date. if you notice it will say two things, shipment date and estimated delivery date before you order.

Yup. My order says "delivers 9/19 by standard shipping." Not ships by 9/19, delivers on 9/19. Of course, in my case, it's 'receives on the 21st' My wife will get it on the 19th and bring it in the house and stuff, but I'll be in Europe until the 21st, so no phone until I return. Will be a cool return thing, though.

YUP.. always been UPS for me. if you're not available they will reattempt and follow UPS procedure for missed delivery.
