Is there a way to change the time of when you're reminded of an activity from your Activity Ring? I want to change the time of when it reminds me to roll ( Time to Roll! ). It keeps reminding me at very inconvenient times. Usually at lunch time, breakfast time or dinner... and sometimes late night when I'm already in bed, also when I'm still in bed before getting up in the morning. I'd like to change all this.

I believed that’s the same as the Stand Reminder?

On the watch got to the fitness app, then scroll down to Change Goals.

Then click NEXT through calories or minutes and maybe that will be roll? It’s stand for me.

That only changes the numbers to the rings I think. I want to change the time of the reminder.

That’s the only configuration I can think of. For stand timing it’s the number of times it wants me to stand per day, but not the time between stands. So 13 hours means that it will want me to stand for 13 individual hours and will remind me 50 minutes into the hour if it doesn’t think I’ve done so. I can’t change the 50 minutes, just the 13 hours.

Indeed. I am not aware of a way to change the time for the reminder. What I do however is a bit of planning. If I know that when I will receive the reminder it will be inappropriate/inconvenient for me to stand (lunch, work meeting etc), I make sure that I got the stand covered before it reaches this time. This way I do not receive the reminder, I do not need to stand up but I also do not lose the opportunity to close the ring.

I get that it is a bit f high maintenance and that not everyone would want to do it but for me this is part of the benefit of the ring. It makes me more aware about this and thus I do it without needing to be reminded for every hour.
