Reminders badge?

Am I missing something? I've set up some tasks with due times and when that task comes I get a banner but I do not get an app badge like I expect. Sorry if this has been discussed.

I dont see any option to show badges for reminders under settings > notifications > reminders

So I am guessing Apple will not implements badges in reminders and just go with notifications for it or they just didnt implement it in this first beta build
