In Reminders, I have set up 4 lists and assigned each one a different colour. My default list is the Reminders list and has always been blue. For some reason, 2 days ago it started changing itself to yellow. Every time I change it back to blue, when I open it again a few minutes later, it's changed back to yellow.

I've checked that it's blue in iCloud and on my iPhone and iPad. I've tried turning Reminders on and off again, but still it changes to yellow. It's driving me CRAZY! Any suggestions as to why it's doing this and what I can do to stop it?

This happened to me with a Reminders list and one of my iCloud calendars. Same problem, no matter how many times I tried to change the color, whether it was from my iPhone or iCloud.com, it would still revert to the other color.

Only way I was able to fix it was delete the list and add a new one with the same name. Same fix with the calendar, delete it and make a new one with the same name. I was fortunate that both the reminder list and calendar were small and didn't take long to add everything back.

lol same problem here. On website iCloud some of my reminders was in violet, however on my iPhone and iPad it were shown as orange….Tryed to change those violet reminders color, didnt help, color went back to violet…. o_O tried everything- didnt help, only after deleting all reminders helped me, wtf Apple :D

Exactly same problem here too.
I set the color to blue but it started to change it back to orange by itself.
It didn't do so before. Just started about a week ago or so. Maybe the latest OSX update or some iCloud changes messed it up. Not sure but it's kind of annoying.

I saw a lot of people having trouble with this on Twitter. I thought I was in the clear until my color kept reverting back to orange/yellow. I really don't want to delete all of my reminders and set them up again, but that does fix the problem?

I'm having this issue with Calendar on my Mac - and by extension my iPhone/iPad. My "school" calendar keeps reverting to purple when it should be green, and I have no idea why! I even went on iCloud.com and tried to change it there, but it would literally change back to purple two seconds after I selected a different color, like the thing had a mind of its own.

Would seriously love for Apple to come up with a fix, as I'd rather not delete my biggest calendar.
